EAR9.1 "Accounting Entries Are Out Of Balance" Message When Editing Accounting Entries for MT Group (Doc ID 1562779.1)

"Accounting entries are out of balance" message, when editing GL account/department for item for MT

When trying to update the accounting entries Account/Dept for a line that is editable and click on Save, we receive a message stating Accounting entries are out of balance. The accounting entries are not out of balance but the system won't let you save your changes. The message keeps appearing and your only option is to click on the Return to Previous Panel button without saving the changes to the GL account and department.

Accounting entries are out of balance (6030,20)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Maintenance Worksheet and build
2. Select items to write off
3. Generate accounting entries online
4) Modify the USER accounting entry. Change the GL account and the DEPT to other value and Save
RESULTS: see error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post the MW to the desired account
