The prompt behind the Industrial Committee refers to the UNION_CD set up table.
• Conceptually this is incorrect: a Paritair Comite can and should not be identified with just a Union – see background info above. If anything, it is comparable to the Bargaining Unit concept as set up in the BARGAINING_UNIT.TBL and stored on JOB (Job Labor page).
• UNION_CD = 3 Char field, codestructure for Belgian Industrial Committees requires a Char 9 field at minimum 123.56.89 – see appendix for the current list of valid values.
On reviewing the legal requirements and the actual industrial committee number is 3 digits, like it is currently delivered, however there are also sub numbers of 4 digits. Currently we don’t offer the option to track this sub number.
