Connection Issues With Campus Mobile Application (Doc ID 1563734.1)

Symptoms

Campus mobile encounters connection error when attempting to use different features with the application

After the deployment of Campus Mobile app to an Android or iOS Emulator or device, when clicking on any of the features like the Schedule, it gives an error saying it could not connect. The error happens when the app calls the web service operation SCC_USERREG_AUTH.v1. The log shows successful calls to the authentication and authorization service operations. Integration Broker log error says "User password failed. (158,45)".

RESTListeningConnector:returnResponse() User password failed. (158,45)

ACS Failed.
No peer certificate.
Clicking Ok takes to the home page, but no icons are displayed.

 

STEPS

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After installing Jdeveloper, ADF mobile extensions and the required sdk's deploy the campusmobile.maa file
2. Once logged into the app click on the Schedule icon
3. Notice connection errors. The Integration Broker log shows the above mentioned error.
