FT_EXTRACT Process: Supervisor ID is not Populated Based on the Position REPORTS_TO Field. (Doc ID 1564306.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is using full Position Management, using position reporting to determine supervisor. When we run the person/job extract, the Supervisor ID is not being populated based on the position REPORTS_TO field. So when the data is imported/loaded into Fusion there is no Manager assigned.  The extracted file F_ASSIGNMENT_SUPERVISOR_VO.dat does not include any supervisor assignments past 6/29/2008 when Position Management was implemented.  All the data in the file is prior to Position Management implementation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that data with Supervisor ID has to appear in the extract file

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the FT_EXTRACT process

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load this data into Fusion because there is no Manager assigned.
