Why the system gives "This page is no longer available error" error when opening a second case while the first case is still opened?
1. Logon as VP1
2. Enable Cases - My Agent pagelet via Personalize Content
3. Make sure there are at least two(2) cases displayed in the pagelet
4. Open the first case in the pagelet - this opens a new window.
5. Change something on the case and save.
6. Go back to pagelet window and try to open another case - Error is returned
