Goal

The below error is issued when running the 'Production Readiness Report' (SF_MATRDY):

User XXX does not have permission to access report definition SF_MATRDY. (235,2022) PSXP_RPTDEF.NMANAGER.ReportDefn.OnExecute

Process ABENDED at Step SF_MATRDY.ProcComp.WriteXML (PeopleCode)

When navigating to (depending on the release 9.1 Bundle you have installed):

* Reporting Tools, XML Publisher, Report Definition
* Reporting Tools, BI Publisher, Report Definition

you cannot find the SF_MATRDY report. However a query against the PSXPRPTDEFN table shows that the report exists.
