Symptoms

If an Employee's job row is Terminated or Retired and an employee still has access to system and self service screens, the employee is prevented from viewing the W-2 consent page and upon accessing the self service page an error is displayed " Your employer has not enabled electronic year end forms" Therefore there is a need for providing W-2 consent access to Terminated and Retired employees.
