EPRO: Delivered Custom User Defined Fields In Purchasing Are Not Available In 9.2 eProcurement (Doc ID 1566732.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 15, 2020

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM eProcurement - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In 9.2 release, custom User Defined are delivered and included in all of the core Purchasing records. However, this sub record is not included in the eProcurement PV_ records. There is a common business practice of initiating all requisitions using eProcurement, hence the users can not populate any of the User Defined fields as these are not available. The business practice does not allow users to edit requisitions in the core requisition pages nor editing Purchase Orders after these are created. Therefore need to include the sub record in the eProcurement records.
