In the following Services Procurement PeopleBook chapter:
PeopleSoft Enterprise Services Procurement 9.1 PeopleBook > PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Integration > Setting Up PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager and Services Procurement Integration > Understanding the PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager and Services Procurement Integration
There is a chart describing the information flow when integrating HRMS product called 'Talent Acquisition Manager' (TAM) with Services Procurement. You can see that once a new job opening is created in TAM and posted, the Message called JOBBOARDPOST is sent to Services Procurement. This is also described in the following Services Procurement PeopleBook chapter:
The JOBBOARDPOST service operation is used to send the job opening information to Services Procurement.
The SCM Integration Broker receives the JOBBOARDPOST message, and transforms it into data that Services Procurement can process. Services Procurement examined the service operation for the authentication data originally sent in the HR-XML envelope.
If authenticated, the system generates a unique identifier HOLDING_ID and inserts data from the JOB_POSTING service operation into the Job Posting table.
However, nothing is said about the Message and Service Operation to use in Services Procurement in order to process the incoming JOBBOARDPOST Message coming from TAM. There is no JOBBOARDPOST Message in Services Procurement.
