Employee information is not copied over from 360 to HRHD Case when launched from Chat.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start a chat from HRHD Employee Self Service Add Case page
2. Agent's window will launch 360 degree view of the employee
3. Click on Go after selecting Add HR HelpDesk Case from drop down
4. Employee info is not carried of to add case page
