Incorrect Accounting Entries After Applying Bundle #29 (Doc ID 1568151.1)

On Campus Solutions, the Student Financials GL Interface is overstating accounting entries in a Course/Class Specific setup on classes where accounting entries have been previously created. This issue began after Campus Solutions Bundle #29 was applied.

Any change to a student account, such as a drop class, will create accounting entries repeatedly for all classes the student remains enrolled in.

Accounting lines should be created only upon initial posting, and any adjusting activity.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll a student in two classes where the course has GL interface information setup;
2. Calculate tuition at Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Tuition Calculation;
3. Run the GL Interface process at Student Financials, GL Interface, Generate Accounting Entries;
4. Drop one of the classes in the 100% refund period;
5. Run the GL Interface again. Accounting lines are being created for the class the student remained enrolled in as well as for the dropped class.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, revenue is being overstated multiple times. The General Ledger is not correct and accounting entries cannot be posted.
