EAM: Use Profile Check Box Checked In Interunit Transfer Page (Doc ID 1568211.1)

Goal

In the page ASSET_COST_01A, for the Interunit Action, the 'use profile' check box is checked by default.
Navigate to Menu : Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Financial Transactions > Cost Adjust/Transfer Asset.
We would like to be able to configure the page to set the default to uncheck the 'use profile' check box.
