E-SQR: SQR Prints Images Smaller In Peopletools 8.53 Than Previous PeopleTools Versions (Doc ID 1568301.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to PeopleTools version 8.53 when attempting to run SQR Reports with PRINT-IMAGE and IMAGE-SIZE commands the image sizes are smaller than previous PeopleTools versions.

The issue is specific to JPEG file type.

Steps
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
3. Select a Run Cntrl Id
4. Run the sqr report which print images
6. On PeopleTools version 8.53 the image size is smaller than previous PeopleTools versions
