Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Institutional Security is not being honored on the Quick Enrollment Component. It also does not enforce security on Student Program/Plan, Enrollment Request/Quick Enroll, Term Activate a Student, and Transfer Credit Evaluation.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even though Institutional security has been applied for user ID, the user is able to view and submit enrollments, view/post/unpost transfer credit, view and update Term Activations and Student Program data for students in Institutions for which security has not been granted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expect Institution Security to be honored.

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR - Security - Secure Student Administration - User ID - Academic Institution Security
  2. Grant security to a user for only one Institution
  3. Log in as the user and navigate to Records and Enrollment - Enroll Students - Quick Enroll
  4. Notice that the user is able to view and submit enrollment requests for institutions to which security has not been granted.
