AWE Notification Emails received for further approval after Lines have been deleted, do not resolve the Percent Variable from the Generic Template used for Notification (Doc ID 1568843.1)

Symptoms

In 9.1, eProcurement Requisitions,

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
In eProcurement Requisitions where Approval Framework (AWE) transactions are submitted, that have Line level approvals. If Lines are deleted, the resulting email sent to Requestor or next approver, will show Generic Template Variable %# instead of resolving to correct value.


STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1)-Approval Process Definition-Lets take an Existing Approval Process Definition

2)-Approval is Enabled at BU Level
 
3)-Lets create a requisition for 2 lines –Special items
 
4)-Save and Submit
 
5)-Approve by Approver
 
6)-Lets Login as Approver now
 
7)-Edit the requisition and Delete 1st  Line
 
8)-Save and Submit
 
9)-Lets login Back as Requester and check the Monitor Approvals
As we can see Line 1 Terminated.

10)-Lets check the Email . The Emails has % variables.
