Symptoms
When attempting to generate the Change Package (CP) via Change Assistant (CA), the following error occurs.

Change Package was not created, see invalid File References
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define the CP via PUM Image
2. Go to Change Assistant to create the actual package
