Symptoms

On : 8.52 version, Integration Broker

Site can see the error in application server log constantly and at the same time, pubsub server stopped processing messages.

The Error is as below :
PSPUBDSP_dflt.5680 (0) [05/13/13 21:59:58](1) (PublishSubscribe): PubSubDispatcher::Dispatch(); DataBase Instance is down.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check application server log
