Symptoms

The PTIADATACONV program fails with the below unique constraint error against the PS_UPGDLV_SC_TAO6 table when upgrading from release 9.0 to 9.2:

SQL = error. Stmt #: 1623  Error Position: 0  Return: 805 - One or more values in the INSERT statement, UPDATE statement, or foreign key update caused by a DELETE statement are not valid because the primary key, unique constraint or unique index identified by "2" constrains 20
