CS Mobile On ADF Failed: Create the Java Bean Definition XML files for the "SCC_LOV" (Doc ID 1571817.1)

When attempting to deploy the Campus Solutions Mobile Application, the following error returns:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Follow steps to setup Campus Mobile in the Campus Solutions 9 application.
2. Attempt to deploy the maa for Campus Mobile in JDeveloper.
