E-SES: After Applying SES Patch, Search Hangs or Fails with "Error has Occurred". And errorLog.html Shows Error "PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INITQUERY'" (Doc ID 1572725.1)

 Deploy and Search Index Build/Crawl are successful. But when searching (either from the Global Search bar or when running the 'Search' step in Round-Trip Diagnostics) one of two things happen:
   1. User receives error message:
           "An error has occurred while performing search, please contact your administrator"
   2. Search hangs

File errorLog.html (located in <PS_CFG>/webserv/<DOMAIN_NAME>/applications/peoplesoft/PSIGW.war) shows this error:


 The issue occurs after applying a SES patch
