EAP: Message, Warning -- Duplicate Vendor Identification Number has been detected. (7025,171), is showing up multiple times while saving a Vendor (Doc ID 1575163.1)

Symptoms

While saving the Vendor the following message below is showing up multiple times.  This is annoying if a Vendor has more than 100 Locations and the Users have to click the "Ok" button 100 times.

MESSAGE
Warning -- Duplicate Vendor Identification Number has been detected. (7025,171)’

STEPS
1. Set Controls-Vendor
Duplicate Vendor Checking:
ID Type: Tax Identification Number = Warning
Vendor name = Warning
Vendor Short Name = Do Not Check
Address = Warning
Vendor Withholding TIN = Warning
Withholding Name = Do Not Check
VAT Registration =  Warning

2. Vendor ID = USA0000001
 Identifying Information:
  Additional ID Numbers:
  TIN = 123456666

 Location 1:
  Additional ID Numbers:
  TIN = 123456789

 Location 2:
  Additional ID Numbers:
  TIN = 879567409

3. Display the Vendor and make a change to the Vendor such as chaning the Description of Location 2

4.  Save the Vendor

5.  Following message is displayed 2 times:  Warning -- Duplicate Vendor Identification Number has been detected. (7025,171)

6. Add a new Vendor Location
 Location 3:
  Additional ID Numbers:
  TIN = 000555333

7.  Save the Vendor

8.  Following message is displayed 3 times:  Warning -- Duplicate Vendor Identification Number has been detected. (7025,171)
