After applying FMS FINANCIALS 9.1 BUNDLES #16 - #24, the execution of AP_EMAIL_ADV was successful. However, the Message Log contains a message, indicating that an e-mail was not sent.

It appears that in Bundles #20 - #24, it appears that AP_EMAIL_ADV was substantially changed.
What was changed in the bundles that is not allowing the e-mails to be sent anymore?
