Symptoms

When attempting to use the Desktop Integration with MS Outlook Add-In, the following error occurs.

8/1/2013 11:46:01 AM/Status : Cannot Login To Server: XXXXXX
8/1/2013 11:46:01 AM/Status : Server: XXXXXX Offline
8/1/2013 11:46:11 AM/Information : Server: XXXXXX trusted SSL certificate is required.
8/1/2013 11:46:11 AM/Status : Cannot Login To Server: XXXXXX
8/1/2013 11:46:11 AM/Status : Server: XXXXXX Offline

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup SSL
2. Setup the MS Outlook Add-In
3. Attempt to connect to the PeopleSoft application.
