Duplicate Dependents Display On Self Service Health Care Dependent Summary Page (Doc ID 1576222.1)

Symptoms

Duplicate / Multiple dependents are displayed on the Main Menu --> Self Service --> Dependents and Beneficiaries --> Health Care Dependent Summary Page, when two (or more) entries contain the same COVERAGE_BEGIN_DT for the same Plan Type.  Expect the current dependents to list once.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert Health Enrollment row with the same dependents for the same Coverage Begin Date, but different Deduction Begin Dates
2. Navigate to Self Service: Self Service > Benefits > Dependents and Beneficiaries > Health Care Dependent Summary
