Job Data: Deleting a LOA (Leave of Absence) row clears the Expected Return Date field for previous LOA rows

Deleting a LOA (Leave of Absence) row in Job Data clears the Expected Return Date field for previous LOA rows.
1.For an Active employee add a Paid Leave of Absence row with an Expected
return date in future (12/31/2013)
2. On January 2nd 2013, a new job row is entered with a different Reason.
The Action remains Paid Leave of Absence. The Expected Return Date remains
December 31 2013.
3.A pay rate change is entered in the future (10/05/2013).We can still see
the Expected Return Date set to 2013-12-31
4.As per policy, HR decides that the employee should not be getting the Pay
Rate Change until he or she returns. So the row in Job Data is deleted.
After the row is deleted, the Expected Return Date is cleared on the two Paid
Leave of Absence rows.
