ETL9.x:Invalid Message (13504,372) Displayed When Employee Change The View By On Timesheet. (Doc ID 1576954.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Time Reporting

When attempting to click on the Previous Period hyperlink in timesheet page, the following error occurs.

ERROR

A Calendar has not been set up for this time period, so you cannot report time for this date. (13504,372)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Signed into Demo.
2.Navigate to timesheet (Self Service, Time Reporting, Report Time,Timesheet)
3.Current timesheet displayed with View By of Week
4.Note Message on current timesheet: “Reported time on or after 02/01/2007 is for a future period.”
5.Change Date to 01312007 and refreshed.
6.Choose View By of Calendar Period.
7.Click Previous Period
8.Previous Period Time sheet displays.
9.Change View By from Calendar Period to Week. And Error displays: “A Calendar has not been set up for this time period, so you cannot report time for this date. (13504,372).”

Due to this issue, users cannot use the View By Calendar Period and they have to use View By Week.
