When running validation on the Search Instance "Call Back Properties", the validation fails with:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools, Search Framework, Administration, Search Instance
2. Click the "Validate" button in the "Call Back Properties" section
3. The "Validation failed" error (noted above) is displayed.
