Goal

Add an auto assignment feature to the Ad-hoc/Reactive Work Order functionality. Based on specific criteria we would be able to auto assign work orders without the manual intervention of a Planner/Scheduler. This would significantly increase the efficiency of our Facilities Management Team. We would want the functionality to be configurable to give clients the option of all, some or no auto assignment; however, this would enable us to get the work order to the assignment quicker, thereby increasing client satisfaction
