Symptoms

When adding an ad-hoc approver, then clicking Apply Approval Changes, the Submit button is not activated.

Steps to replicate:

Create an ePro req with AWE enabled
Save & preview approval so req status is Open
Find req in Manage Requisitions
Edit req
Go to View Approval
Add and Ad-hoc approver
Apply Approval Changes
Submit button is grey and approval cannot be submitted.

This occurs when req has more lines then then configured at eProcurement
