Canadian Employees hired through Template Based Hire (TBH) can have their National Id country set to USA instead of CAN in Personal Data (Doc ID 1578471.1)

Symptoms

 

If NID Type and NID values are left blank while submitting a transaction for a New Hire using a Canadian Template in Template Based Hire (Smart Hire),   after the transaction is completed and a user goes to Modify/Check the Personal Data of that new employee,, the newly added employee has the Country of USA selected in the National ID Section of their Personal Information, when it should showing CAN
