Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) Pooled Worklist Isn’t Removing Item from Others in List Once Marked Worked for Reviewers.
Worklist entry is still showing in all of other reviewers list after one of the users marks the item as worked for worklist associated with the Approval Process Setup. If a reviewer is added to one of the Approval Step Definitions in the AWE Approval Process Setup these reviewers are correctly being included in the approval path, but all of the reviewers have to work the item as worked in order for it to not be included in their worklist.
The Worklist associated with AWE “Route for Review” event is set as a pooled list so I would think that these reviewer entries should be removed once one of the reviewers marks the entry as worked.
Should remove the worklist from other reviewers once marked as worked.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For Job opening approval, include the reviewers in step 1
2. Create Job opening for standard requisition and login as one of the reviewer
3. Click on worklist and Mark as complete, it will go away from this reviewer
4. Now login as another reviewer you still see the worklist
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, all reviewers can still see the worklist even after marked as worked by other reviewer.
