Symptoms

When attempting to run the AAWS web service SAD_ADMISSIONS with service operation SAD_SUBMITAPPL, the following error occurs:

1. Set up integration broker.
2. Using test tool (e.g. UI, SOLA, Generic Service Tester, SoapUI), generate request message for the web service operation SAD_SUBMITAPPL
