Sample Environment:
Tools 8.53.03 ( upgraded from 8.51.x  )
HCM 9.0 application , Production env
OS is RHEL 5.3
Cobol compiler is Server Express 5.1 WP4 , 64 bit mode

Oracle DBMS version
Oracle client

3 scheduler domains on the same machine.

The site upgraded to Tools 8.53.03 from 8.51.x over the weekend. Subsequently, the cobol processes run via the Process Scheduler are experiencing intermittent failures.
Issue occurs for various cobol processes. The site has 3 Process Scheduler domains on the same machine and issue occurring through all of these domains.


The impact is that due to the sporadic nature of the issue, the application is deemed unreliable.
