3C Trigger Errors After Upgrading To PT 8.53 (Doc ID 1583888.1)

On : CS9 version, 3C Engines

When attempting to have the online triggers automatically add communications to applicants
the following error occurs sporadically.

Error 1: A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.

Error 2: SQL error in Exec. (2,280) 3CENGINE_LIB.COMMVARD.GBL.default. 1900-01-01. Step02. OnExecute PCPC:919 Statement:4

Error 3: Process 0 ABENDED at Step 3CENGINE_LIB.COMMVARD.Step02(PeopleCode) – RC = 8(108,524).

Error 4: CallAppEngine: Application 3CENGINE_ONL: AppEngine error. (2,653) FUNCLIB_CS_EVENT_3CS_ID.FieldFormula Name: TriggerEngine PCPC:25551 Statement: 380

Return: 805 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.PS_ENG_COMMD_TMP3) violated

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. setup some specific triggers

2. Add effdated rows to the application with the trigger combinations

3. Get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be sure that the applicants are getting the correct emails.
