E-WL: Intermittent Issues after Configuring Coherence*Web in PeopleSoft Environment: Users may receive "Page is no longer available" Messages and/or Users are Sometimes Kicked Back to Search Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After configuring Coherence*Web in a PeopleSoft environment, the following issues may occur intermittently:
1. User receives the following message while navigating within the PeopleSoft application:
2. User is kicked back to search page (with no error issued). This issue is more likely to occur when using functionality that opens a new browser window.
When the above issues occurs, there is typically a "no states available on a post request" message logged to the web server PIA_servlet log.
Also, the above issues are more likely to occur on certain browsers/versions such as IE9.
