Symptoms

Purchase Order (PO) Reopen process not updating Last Activity Date or Last Modified Date and OPRID.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1) Find an existing PO in the system, close the PO, then re-open the PO
2) Verify the fields: LAST_DTTM_UPDATE , ACTIVITY_DATE & OPRID_MODIFIED_BY in PO_HDR

 The PO Reopen (PO_POREOPEN) process is not updating the ACTIVITY_DATE and LAST_DTTM_UPDATE AND OPRID_MODIFIED_BY on PO_HDR
