If Employee Record Number (ERN) 1 is initially associated to Benefit Record Number (BRN) 0 and flagged as the primary job for Benefits and then a new row is added to change the association to Benefit Record Number 1 and Benefit System Not Managed in PeopleSoft, the history is not maintained for the prior association to BRN 0.  Historical reporting is not available and the ERN Delete process will delete the ERN 1 even though it was previously flagged as a Primary Job for Benefit.

Request that the application maintain history for the Employee Record Number (ERN) and Benefit Record Number (BRN) associations so that historical reporting can be done and processes like the ERN delete process will not allow the deletion if it was previously associated as a primary job for Benefits.
