EAM: AMIF1000 gives Conversion Rate error (8005,173) for Consolidated Asset

In release 9.1, bundle #26, Demo, after creating a project with more than 1 source amount, account and deptid in the same activity and running PC to AM, a Consolidation is done prior to running AMIF1000. It goes to Success, but changes the load status to ERR and gives this message:

Conversion Rate not Defined for the Transaction that involves Different Currencies(8005,173)

But the conversion rate is defined.

Business impact:
Unable to interface consolidated asset info from PC to AM.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create a project in PC with more than one source amount, account and deptid in the same activity.
2. Run PC to AM.
3. Consolidate the 2 rows into 1.
4. Run AMIF1000

Expected results:
Expected AMIF1000 to create an asset.

Actual Results:
No asset is created.
