Users get kicked out of PeopleSoft under the following conditions:
-There exist requisition lines with IN_PROCESS_FLG = 'Y' on the REQ_LINE table (usually the result of errors resulting from PO_AUTO_SRC).
If the user logs back in and goes directly to one of the 'offending' reqs, either by typing in the req_id or selecting the req from the search list, the user gets an error message that says the req is being processed by a batch process. This part of the code is working correctly. The issue is that using the 'Next in List' button does not send the user down the same path as when they open the req directly.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
-User goes to Requisitions search page to search for reqs for a business unit and brings up a search list.
-User selects a req from the list and opens it.
-User clicks on the Next in List button to open the next req. Most reqs open successfully.
-When the 'next' req is one that has the IN_PROCESS_FLG set to 'Y' for one or more of its lines, the processing wheel in the upper right corner spins for a while, then the user is kicked out of PeopleSoft.
