Symptoms

Applies to ALL PeopleTools 8.5x and higher releases

Sample Environment:

MQ version 6.0 in production
Ptools 8.51
Platform OEL 5.x 64 bit

Issue:

The site has an TIBCO node setup in test env and is able to ping the node and uses MQ for messaging between TIBCO and PSFT application.
The site followed similar steps and setup TIBCO node for prod env but gets ping error when pinging the node.

MQ version 7 .1 in test env which is working ok and MQ version 6.0 in prod.

The site has three web serv domains.  One for PIA, one for self service and one for IB.  Subsequent to opening the SR, site rep added *.jar to the setenv.sh file  and IB gateway webserv  restarted, but error persists..

Impact:
--------
A successful node ping means that target is reachable. The site needs the connectivity with TIBCO for their application messaging functionality.
