Goal

The Refresh Request button was accidentally checked ON for the last TL Load for Off-cycle process on 2/22. It seems that off cycles that were produced on 2/21 & possibly 2/22 that had TL payable Time are loading onto the ON-CYCLE when it was already paid on the OFF-CYCLE check.
We need to know the full ramifications of the Refresh Request button.
