Worker's name in CRM does not include the second last name when that is fed from HRMS.

The name field in crm doesn't include the second last name when that is fed from HRMS.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In HCM, add a person with name in Argentina format which has first name, last name and second last name
2. Check in CRM
