E-PORTAL: Loading OBIEE Report Creates Integration Broker Gateway Error

On : 8.52.08 version, Portal Technology

The configuration for the integration between OBIEE and PeopleSoft has been done by following the peoplebook.
When attempting to click "Load Report" button on "Load OBIEE Report definition", the following error occurs.

'Integration Broker Gateway or Analytic Servlet is not configured, please contact your administrator.'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Configured the integration setting between PeopleSoft and OBIEE
2. Login PeopleSoft
3. Open "Load OBIEE Report definition"
4. Click "Load Report" button
