Error at case > correspondence when try to Replace the attachment
1) Make sure you have printer installed on CRM 9.1 environment before you begin replication
2) Open any Helpdesk case and go to ‘Correspond’
3) Select Chanel as ‘Print’ and select any ‘Template’ and click on ‘Personalize Templates’
4) Click on ‘Replace’ button, it will through a error message.
An invalid parameter has been passed to the file attachment function. (2,788)
