CRM 9.2: Unable To Load Phase Template In CRM Change Management Module Of Service Center (Doc ID 1593679.1)

Symptoms

When clicking the magnifying glass next to the Template field of the phase summary and selecting the phase template does not populate the template field with the value. The field remains blank.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into CRM 9.2 and navigate to: Analyst Service Center > Search Change Requests > Add Change Request
  2. Scroll down to "Phase Summary" section and expand it.
  3. Next the the "Template" field, select the lookup button.
  4. Select any existing value. The user is brought back to the 'Change Request' page....but the value did not populate in the 'Template' field. This is the reported issue.
