Unable to create Helpdesk Cases on PeopleSoft CRM for Workers with future dated rows. Future dated job records have been added on the worker information in PS HR. The EIP has pulled through the future dated row into PeopleSoft CRM from PeopleSoft HR. Now these workers are unable to add cases via Self-Service and Agents cannot log cases for them either.
