Information in this document applies to any platform.
The application server crashes after adding a new ID on the Item Update - by Item page (CHKLST_ITEM_UPDATE).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Item Update - by Item
2. Open existing checklist item code.
3. Add ID to list.
Due to this issue, the system is not stable and affects all users.
