Recruiting Send Correspondence To Applicant Page Not Displaying Email Template

Send Correspondence to Applicant page not displaying Email Template
From the Manage Job Opening page when select the Send Correspondence Action the Contact Method of Email does not open up the Template ID field. Instead the Letter field is always displayed whether it is an email or a letter.
When contact method is email, email template id are expected to be visible on the page instead of Letter Id.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Main menu > Recruiting > Search Job Openings
2) Click on Search
3) Click on one job opening for example Click on Eben Director
4) From the other actions drop down select send correspondence
5) The issue here is you will find the contact method default to email but the email template id are not displayed to be selected from
