Create expense report with varying market rates and dates.

1. Create varying market rates for any foreign currency to USD, in this example used EUR to USD

5/17 rate 1.18462198
5/20 rate 1.18407747
5/21 rate 1.17626724
5/22 rate 1.16823918

2. Create expense report, enter transaction currency as EUR, employee base currency is USD.

3. Select Hotel/Loding as expense type (use varying rates and dates as in the above example)
3. Itemized hotel bill (5 DAYS) 5/17 - 5/21/2013
4. Save the expense report.

Expected result:
Correct amount will be calculated and stored on PS_EX_SHEET_DIST.

Actual result:
The wrong rate is retrieved and then stored on PS_EX_SHEET_DIST.
