When using the pskeymanager script, the following error is issued:

In some cases, the error is issued immediately after you are prompted for the keystore password. In other cases, the error may not be issued immediately. For example, if using "pskeymanager -create" to create a certificate request, you may not receive the error until after you've been prompted for the keystore password along with all the information needed for the certificate request (eg alias, common name, etc). Then you'll the error above followed by "Certificate creation failed."
